Cask at Ericht Ale House, Blairgowrie. Reddish brown pour, good white head. Red fruits on the nose, some toffee. Light roasted bitter taste, more fruit. Nice clean finish. Like a fruity porter, good.

Cask at the Sussex Arms, Twickenham Green - 07/09/12. Slightly clouded copper brown with a minimal white head that soon thins to nothing. A dark and sour fruit nose with figs and apples present. Dark sugar in the taste, caramel and dark fruit. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Didn’t look appealling and appearances did not deceive!
