Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber with an off white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma combines grass and pine with a bread backbone. Flavor has earthy grains and bread with a bit of pine and grass.

Pint on tap at Basement Brewhouse, Bankstown. Dark golden amber beer with a thin white head. Nice nose of tropical fruit and caramel malt. Light body and fizz. Good lacing. Bitter and cleansing at first, there's a hit of caramel popcorn before the herbal piney bitterness finishes it all off. Great beer, really shows that the brewers put some thought into this.

(Bottle) Clear amber gold with good off-white head. Nice aroma - pine, tropical fruits, hints of caramel. Medium body with excellent carbonation. Plenty of pleasant fruit and spice hop flavours with quite restrained bitterness. There's some caramel maltiness hiding somewhere.
