This is a Single Malt And Single Hop, known as a SMASH beer, using Chavalier Malt and El Dorado Hops. A big malt profile from this Heritage Malt, with the depth of an amber ale, coupled with flavours of tropical fruit, pear and melon.

Can. Just a light haze on this orange beer, decent bubbly white head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Airy malts, tasting old school, like Chevalier but without the complexity. A kinda West Coast generic citrus marmaladey, flavour, just a hint of Sakura that, for me, is it's unique character. Light and semi dry finish. Curious brew. A bit like home brew, top notch home brew but you know what I mean.
