Near clear gold beer, small bubbly off white head. Light and smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth malts, fairly sweet. Crisp start to the hops, light cooling pine into a modest but pleasing Sorachi vibe. A little juicy lemony citrus on the back end. In the middle, El Dorado seems to be quite floral here. Light and crisp finish. Decent. I think they have backed off the hops here for some reason, perhaps budgetary, but it does show. Not quite as good as some other recent brews from the Nick but still good.
