We’re celebrating the mighty lemon with our first release of 2024 - a true collaboration with fellow Leeds brewery, Anthology.
Since 2017, Liam has been a one-man operation (well…with help from a few friends from time to time), brewing a rotating series of incredibly drinkable beers, including a firm favourite at North: Sicilian Lemon Pale.
We’ve taken our signature gose base and loaded it with the zest and juice of Sicilian lemons. On the first sip there’s a zing of sherbet and salt, laced with a well-balanced acidity. The mouth-watering lemons make this bright, light and super refreshing, with a smooth, subtly pithy finish, that leaves you wanting more.

Can. Not far from a clear gold beer, small off white head. Light palate, fairly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts, almost by definition in this style, but, still bringing a modest sweetness. Crisp pine into a nice rich and slightly ripe lemon. I guess the joy of the Sicilian lemon is it's richness and ripeness because this is a nice, if pretty light, lemon Gose.
