(Bottle) Cloudy golden yellow with nice dense white head. Aroma is hard to pin down because there is quite a lot going on and it evolved: there’s some banana ester, some peppery spice, some citrus / lime, and the faintest hnt if maybe rubber. Medium bodied with soft velvety carbonation. Flavour is pleasant and refreshing with lime and peppery spice being the dominant tastes with a citrusy start with peppery notes changing into a peppery finish with citrusy notes. Along the way other tastes join in, particularly some biscuity malt in the mid palate. An unusual take on a witbier, pleasant, maybe a little strange.
