Plough is our tribute to the harvest. Reap the aromas of spice and cedar, leading to subtle comfort flavours of coffee, nut and caramel – just what you need after a long day. Crisp, full-bodied bitterness of Challenger hops pair nicely with the honey-like sweetness of Goldings.

Pretty much a clear amber beer, small bubbly pale tan head. Palate is light, mildly dry and has a decent fine minerally crispness. The malts bring a mild creamy sweetness, some unsweet caramel in there. Soft pine and mellow ripe plummy fruits. Whisper of earthy coffee. Moderate earthy citrus. Light finish. Another clean and tasty but light brew from this brewery. They have improved beyond all recognition for me.
