Limited Edition #43.
Heaven sent, this one’s literally as good as gold. Enjoy a refreshing hit of zesty spiciness as you breath in the essence of Willamette and Centennial hops. Comforting flavours of toffee and biscuit malts are balanced by tangerine, spice and a floral finish.

Bright clear rich gold beer, thin pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry with good fine carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, sweet enough. The trio of hops deliver a bright hop fruity array, chiefly tangerine with a very mild twist of lemon from the Centennial hops. Smooth pine, and a touch of candy fruits and a trace of melon before a light crisp finish. Nice. Bishop Nick were a brewery I would actively avoid at beer fest just a few years ago. But their recent bottles have been bright clear tasty affairs with good modern hop usage. This one is no exception.
