Just a light haze on this rich gold beer, small but tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry and has decent fine minerally carbonation. Light clean and sweetish malts, no real creamy richness but doing their job well. Hops are bright piney fruits, seems to be very Vista dominanted with mild Idaho 7. Just a whisper of Zappa exotic skittles! Light finish. Delightful gold. Bright, clean, modern hopped. Bishops Nick are a very different brewery these days.
