Norwegian voss yeast meets West Coast DIPA. Expected spiced orange, hints of melon, warming alcohol and a resinous finish. Rounded off by a smooth lasting bitterness.
In this beer we used Golden Promise Malt, 45L Crystal Wheat Malt, Dextrin Malt, Columbus, Citra, Hallertau Blanc and Chinook hops.

Hazy amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, decent fine carbonation. Soft malts, a little creamy sweetness. Fairly big caramel here and a touch of unsweet toffee. Marmalade and pine, overripe orange on the back end. Pretty much everything that drives me nuts about West Coast IPAs, and yet I can't quite hate this one. Maybe the Voss yeast rounds it out a bit.
