Limited Edition #53.
Let Bishop Nick take you to new heights of craft beer satisfaction with Spire, a magnificent traditional copper ale, brewed with a trio of English, hidden gem hops; Cascade, Emperor and Keyworth.
Take in the floral citrusy aroma, with just a hint of spice, before embracing notes of toffee, blackcurrant, peach and marmalade, followed by a smooth bitterness and a hoppy, delicately herbal finish.
Lift your spirit.

A light haze on this amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, mildly dry and has a good fine minerally crispness. Smooth malts, a mild creamy sweetness and a touch of toffee that isn't that sweet. The UK Cascade, Emperor and Keyworth hops bring crisp pine, mild but bright citrus peel, modest spice and vague berry vibe on the back end and on the last gasp minerally and brighter berry fruits. Nice. Another very English ale but clean and bright.
