Limited Edition #51.
Ritual is familiar but different, zesty yet comforting.
A light amber, easy drinking ale with a floral and delicate citrus aroma. Full-bodied, with lightly toasted maltiness, followed by an apricot, nectarine and spice finish. Introducing Opus, the new hop on the block that’s packed with citrus, orange and floral notes, combined with Ernest, delivering classic English flavour.
Buckle up for another loop around the sun and enjoy this Ritual.

A very light haze on this orange amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a mild soft sweetness, mild biscuit. The Opus hops deliver a soft orange, slightly floral. Traces of other orange fruits and very mild pine. Light smooth finish. Clean and drinkalble.
