Draught @ Pod Wawelem, Krakow. Pours hazy orange with a thin white head. Mild wheaty notes with some banana. Flavor has grains, wheat, mild acidic nolo tea. Very watery.

Bottle 500ml.Hazy - murky matt medium yellow orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana, rubber, yeast, clove, bubble gum notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, clove, yeast, fruity. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20120813]

Bottle at home in London with Lyoli on NYE. Pours well hazy orange with a moderate, white foam head. Mellow wheat nose, hints of banana and bubblegum, light citrus and dough. Light to medium sweet flavor, smooth wheaty malts, semi-ripe bananas, some yeasty esters, lemon. Light bodied with lively, mouth-filling carbonation. Mild dryness in the finish, some simple bready sugars, sweet wheat, a bit more yeast, ripe banana. A simple but very acceptable hefe.
