Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate starts smooth but develops a good fine minerally crispness. Smooth light malts deliver a very nice light creamy sweetness. Just about spot on for what I look for in a dipa. Hops are crisp bright pine and fresh bright citrus with a nice backbone of honeyish tropical fruits. Crisp finish brings a hop spice snap. Really nicely integrated dipa. Will be on the lookout from more from this brewer.
