Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and has a great minerally crisp bite. Light malts, a little creamy sweetness, just enough for this particular beer. Bright juicy citric hops. Bright orange and tangerine, a little mandarin. Light crisp pine is beautifully integrated. Light smooth ripe mango adds another dimension. Citra delivers in spades here. A little El Dorado Sakura if you are looking for it. Mosaic? Meh - who knows, maybe some tropical element. But, but ... some blueberry here as well. Holy crap! Such an assured dipa from a brewery I have never heard of! Very nice.
