Clear amber beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, fairly light, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a light creamy sweetness struggles to compensate for a little wet wood bitterness. Smooth bourbon underneath, fruity. Light semi dry finish shows a trace of the coffee from the base beer. Slightly edgy barleywine, entertaining.
