Amber lager with a medium body, rich in malt with toasted bread and biscuit notes. Restrained bitterness with a rich lingering complexity touch of hops.

Undated can drunk 9/5/26.
Round and full of red fruit and amber. Clean without too much sugar. Lots of bread and mineral lingering, but not hugely acidic, either.
Malty and full of a good, bready caramel character without any excessive sweetness. Still rich enough in my book. Really don't care for the thick, sweeter, intensely caramel/toffee Marzens. Much prefer the medium body, no syrup, lower intensity here. Still tons of flavor with peppery, moderately bitter hop on the finish to help balance. Not a standout, but very well-done as all of the beers I've had of theirs have been thus far.

Pour is a clear tan with a large white head. Aroma is bready malt with the flavor likewise. A nice bready and grainy malt. Maybe a bit thin but still flavorful.

4 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight at the brewery. Clear, pale honey brown, no sparkle, decent head w/nice retention & lacing. Aroma is strong toasted malt, bread, biscuit. Taste is strong toasted malt, bread. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, fin as taste. Well made.
