Carajillio inspired saison; carajillio is a mexican cocktail made from Licor 43 and coffee. Licor 43 is a lemon liquor with 43 botanicals most notably (vanilla, cinnamon, and clove). This beer is a collaboration with Kami Koffee: Japanese inspired cold brew coffee brewed and served here. This beer is complex with notes of coffee spice and hints of citrus.

5 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight at the brewery. Cloudy, dark yellow w/thin head & nice lacing. Aroma is strong coffee, spice, fruity esters, yeast. Taste is coffee, citrus, fruity esters & yeast. Smooth texture, soft carbonation & finish as taste. Different!!!!!
