Nitro draught at the brewery, 10/16/25.
As pictured.
Smells like the real deal. Lactose actually being beneficial for a change. Lovely coffee, and vanilla ice cream notes with good roast and light chocolate. Not too sweet.
Soft, lightly sticky-maltyvwith not too much coffee. What's there is fruity and earthy, not dark and roasty. Vanilla, lactose and chocolate all homogenized. Good flavor for its size. Really nice to get a balanced, flavorful pastry stout without all the syrup and sugar and intense adjunct.

5 oz. pour on tap as part of flight at the brewery. Dark brown/mahogany w/nice nitro head & lacing. Aroma is strong coffee, chocolate, roasted malt, vanilla, lactose. Taste is roasted malt, vanilla, lactose, coffee, chocolate. Smooth, creamy texture, soft carbonation, fin as taste.
