4 oz. pour on tap as part of flight at the brewery. Clear dark brown w/garnett hue, thin head w/good retention & nice rings lacing. Aroma is mildly roasted, sweet malt.Taste is toasted malt, cocoa, grains, rye spice. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation, earthy bittersweet finish.

Reunion Whittinsville draught, 7/31/24. Dark, clear, small, dark beige head quickly to ring. Roasty, nutty nose. Not over-roasted. Some chocolate, earth, light base malt lending caramel. Clean. Moderately malty, pretty good body for its size. Lots of raisin, prune, nuttiness and dark chocolate. Lightly roasted. Good attenuation. Clean.
