4 oz. pour on tap at the brewery. Opaque yellow w/ring of head, no lacing. Aroma is strong scallion/cooking herb & grapefruit. Taste follows aroma. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation & finish as taste. More herb than I’d like.
