Canned 7/1/25, drunk 10/20/25.
Gently hazy, pale brass-gold. Swirled some yeast/sediment in. Large, white head, quickly to spotty cover.
Clean and not full of the less desirable yeast notes (clove, banana, bubble gum). Lots of wheat with light honey and mild pepper. Soft, well-aged, rounded. Really delicate and polished.
Wheat is deliciously chewy, nutty, lightly sweet alongside the biscuity malts with gentle honey sweetness. Light and fluffy but malty/wheaty, very flavorful, clean and polished with light pepper and low clove/bubblegum/banana.

4 oz. tater pour at MASSive Beer Garden. Deeply hazy bright yellow w/thin head w/fair retention & nice lacing. Aroma is strong banana & clove, wheat. Taste follows aroma. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Everything as it should be for style.
