Cask (gravity) @ 28th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2011, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England.Clear medium orange yellow color with a average to large, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, pale malt, fruity, light caramel, apple notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111208]
