Cask (gravity) @ 28th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2011, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England.Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, yeasty, vomit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111209]

Pig’s Ear. Clear amber beer, tiny white head. Light dry palate with some body. Good citrus hops with lacto malt. Unfortunately sulphur rears it’s ugly mug and the finish is a bit dry.
