Can pour from The Beer Store, Salem. Opaque black with tons of sparkle, creamy good-sized head with excellent retention and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is strong earthy roasted malt. Taste is strong earthy roasted malt, chocolate. Smooth, thick texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Not complex but good strength for ABV.
