Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2012, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, nutty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sharp, malty, keller - nut peel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120807]

GBBF. Hazy amber beer, good white head. Light dry palate. A strange apple cidery tang. Light citrus. Dry finish. Not sure this quite the full biscuit. Too dry as well,

cask at GBBF 2012 ... copper ... thin white head ... soft fruits ... light toffee malt nose ... soft juicy malt ... light hop and dull.

Cask@GBBF2012. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, caramelly, nutty and mild herbal notes. Flavour is bready, fruity, wooden, mild earthy and herbal notes along with some slight nuttyness.
