Vapourwaves is a rotating series of Hazy Double IPAs focusing on a specific dry hop varital. We wanted to explore the flavor impact of individual hops during the dry hop phase in this soft and smooth DIPA. In this version, we chose El DOrado. Wonderful notes of sweet citrus, orange juice, pineapple pith, and a touch of dank earth!

Taster pour from a can at Rising Pint beer festival. It's light brown, with thin ring of off-white head with light lacing. Aroma is strong vegetal/herb and malt. Taste follows aroma with strong dank vegetal/light herb, background vague nondescript fruit and late cracker malt. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thin texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, definitely getting the dank aspect but not a lot of juice. So, just OK.
