Our flagship (or should we say Airship!) NEIPA, golden copper in color and hazy. Aromas of tropical fruits, passion fruit, pineapple, and orange jump out with a light undertone of dank. Medium bodied ale with huge tangerine, pineapple, and passionfruit flavors. This Hazy IPA is balanced and smooth.

Brewery draught, 11/13/25, as pictured.
Juicy, fruity, moderately spicy. Good mix of tropical and citrus with an earthy, mineral-laden undercurrent. Cracker and biscuit gently balance. No big acidity but no sweetness perceived either.
Soft, lightly juicy, with fluffy carbonation and lots of light dry hopping adding light earth and chalk. Pear, stone fruit, papaya and light passion fruit give great complexity. Nice texture with just enough sweetness/softness but still plenty of dry biscuit and light to moderate bitterness on the end.

5 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight. Aroma is strong overripe fruit. Appearance is opaque light apple-cider brown with ring of off-white head and light lacing. Taste is strong nondescript stone fruit, background malt. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with frothy texture, average carbonation and crisp finish with mild yeast and bitterness. Overall, not a super juicy NEIPA and not your typical citrus/grapefruit but not identifiable either. Ok.
