Named to honor a goat who wandered to our place from a neighbor’s in the early months of our existence as a business. Brewed with an assortment of six different malts that provide a toasty, biscuit-malt base. Saaz and Hallertauer Hersbrucker noble hops provide balance to this malt-forward brew. A Belgian yeast strain provides the esters and earthy spiciness you expect from a Belgian beer while helping to accentuate the specialty malts used.

On tap as part of a flight at Crafty Chameleon Bar. It’s a hazy/murky dark orange-light brown with no sparkle, thin cap of off white head with fair retention and no lacing. Aroma is mild caramel, dark fruit/cherry and glue. Taste is caramel, stronger dark fruit, yeast. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thick texture, average carbonation and crisp finish as taste. Overall, not super strong but decent complexity. Appearance is a bit odd.
