Can pour from Beer and Wine Nation. It's an opaque black with nice sparkle, finger-width fizzy light brown head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is earthy roasted malt with hint of caramel and vanilla. Taste is earthy roasted malt, faint vanilla, cherry and late mild caramel. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with thick texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, the chocolate, caramel, vanilla and cherry aren't strong enough to overcome the strong earthiness of the aroma and flavor.
