Bottle pour from Rare Fog Day, 2022. It's an opaque light brown-dark yellow with nice sparkle, thin cap of off-white head with fair retention and nice lacing. Aroma is strong citrus, grapefruit, tangerine, tropical fruit over hint of alcohol. Taste is strong nonspecific fruit and malt backbone admirably covering up alcohol. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with thick texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, do you really think you're going to taste all ten hops? This is like a jacked up cuvée of the individual Rare Fogs. The good news is it comes out somewhat fruity, avoids alcohol astringency and is still enjoyable but more doesn't always equal better.
