Our hoppiest beer, a double IPA that is refreshingly balanced with aromas of apricot, citrus, and tropical fruit with enough malt to carry the hops into an enjoyable finish. Showcasing Connecticut-Grown oats and wheat with Centinnial, Citra and Galaxy hops.

16 oz can. Aroma is grapefruit, apricot, herb. Flavor follows with the addition of mild pine. No bitterness. Mild juice. Soft herb like finish. Very easy to drink. Pretty enjoyable

Can pour. It's a lightly hazy orange with tons of sparkle, 2-plus finger off-white head with excellent retention and spotty lacing. Aroma is strong overripe citrus, apricot and resinous pine with late wheat as it warms. Taste mirrors aroma with late background wheat and oats. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation, faintest of alcohol heat and finish as taste. Overall, the Centennial carries this back to the days of yore before DIPA's were bitter bombs. The Citra and Galaxy give it a bit of a modern twist. Not too shabby.
