Mit Echt Mölmsch brachten wir 2009 der Stadt ihr Bier zurück. Denn Echt Mölmsch war einst das meistgetrunkene Bier in Mülheim. Der Name steht für alte Mülheimer Braukultur. Unsere neue Rezeptur macht das Bier modern und unerhört frisch.

Echt Mölmsch ist ein helles Obergäriges mit goldenem Teint. Das süffigste Bier der Mölmsch Familie hat einen fruchtig-milden Geschmack und volles Aroma. Gebraut wird es mit ausgewählten Zutaten und viel Sorgfalt.

bottle at home from trade with Erzengel, many thanks. BB 16/06/2015. light yellow light hazy color. rather big white head. smell of bread, yeast, light off-smell, some citric notes, acidic. OKish smell. light body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. citric notes on taste, some sweetness, bread and burned malt, some ash. light citric citric / bready finish. taste is a bit unpleasant. smell is OK, overall not so crazy about this one.

33cl-bottle. Mild-fruchtiger Antrunk. Der Hauptteil ist mild und etwas wässrig. Vollmundig und leicht getreidig. Der Nachgeschmack ist mittellang, angenehm mild und leicht herb. --> tolles "Kölsch"! 12/13/10/11

Bottle 330ml.[ Trade by Koelschtrinker ]. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, cereal, fruity, light grain, light to moderate hoppy. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, cardboard, cereal. Body is medium to light, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20121019]

Bottle @ French Oktober-Fest Tasting Ulfborg, 2012. Pours clear yellow with a small white head. Paper, dms and a bit of citrus. Thin and watery.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Slightly hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, grainy and cardboard. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. Watery. 191012

Bottle @ FoneFan, 4.9%. Slightly hazy dark yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt and grainy. Flavour is malt, grainy, cardboard, little dry, little sweet, hop, little watery, little grass and a little bitter.

Süßlich herber Beginn, geringe Grasnoten. Der Hopfen sticht merkwürdig hervor, trocken süß, Zitrus, etwas pappig. Getreidiges Finish. 8/8/9/7/6/7

Bottle, danke an den Rhein. Slightly farty bitterhop aroma, leafy, hay, some DMS. Golden green, low foam. Citric entry, hay, apple notes, subtle, but doesn’t quite mesh. Medium body, sparkly mouthfeel. Herbal aftertaste.

bottle, courtesy of pivnizub! Clear yellow, mid-sized white head. Grainy malt flavours, very shy fruity touch in the finish. Tasted blindly I would have said this is a pleasantly malty alcohol-free beer, that’s what it reminds me of. Interesting.
