1/2 pint from the keg at Sullerica Beer Bar, pours deep black with a off white head. Aromas & tastes of coffee, liquorice & roasted malt. Medium body. Smooth finish. Well balanced & the high % well hidden

330ml bottle bought at the brewery in Sóller. Carried back home and shared at a summer rating session with Finn. A bubbly, fawn-coloured head over an all back body, fair lacing. Promising aromas of cocoa, dark bread, and liquorice, nicely roasted. Malt-driven taste of cocoa-caramel, liquorice, and distant notes of dark fruits. Roasted dark malty ending. Well bodied, but pretty easy to drink. A nice one. (Tromsø, 31.07.2023).
