Can pour from Valley Beverage, Sherman Oaks. It's an opaque black (dark brown at the bottom of the glass) with trace sparkle, a few light floaties, ephemeral cap of light brown head and no lacing. Aroma is strong, sweet malts, marshmallow, cinnamon, chocolate and hint of cayenne. Taste is strong cinnamon, sweet malts, marshmallow, cayenne, milder chocolate. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with thick texture, soft carbonation, pepper heat, and finish as taste. Overall, not getting oak or coffee but a lot of contributions from the other adjuncts.

Cayenne and oak forward, but the marshmallow finishes nicely. Cinnamon vibes are nice too.
