Stile birra di Natale. Ambrata, dall’aspetto limpido con schiuma sottile e persistente. Le fresche note di zenzero equilibrano una birra di carattere e dal sostenuto grado alcolico. Il suo aroma coinvolgente ed il suo gusto pieno la rendono ottima compagna delle fredde serate d’inverno.

Tåkete brun med høyt eggegult skum. Lukter fruktig lett maltig karamell og røde frukter. Middels fylde. Søtlig noe sur smak. Mørke frukter, svisker, trevirke, sure bær, noe kvae og krydder. Middel lang, noe oljete.

Bottle. One year old. The colour is slightly hazy reddish brown with a compact big beige head. Well carbonated. Malty aroma of fudge, wood, leather, bread crumbs, spices, dried fruit and some liqueur. The flavor is also malty but fruity as well with lots of apricots, forest floor, leather and caramel. Has a slick mouth feel, full-bodied and light to medium bitterness. A fruity and malty Belgian ale. Nice.

Shared bottle at DSJT at Cardinal 13.11.16. Dark orange. Foamy off-white head. Funky aroma of infected stable boy and berries. Taste of infection and sour berries. Dry mouthfeel. A bit fizzy.

750ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Tromsø Sentrum. Stable filmy layer to a hazy orange coloured body. Fair lacing. Aromas of dried fruits. Honeyed malty flavours together with dry apricot. Mid-sweet malty-fruity ending. Fine bodied. Smooth on the swallow. Pleasant (Big bottle session with Finn, Stefan, Jan Erik and Elisabeth, Tromsø 05.11.2016).

Draught @ GEIB, Grande Esposizione Italiane della Birra 2012, Nuova Fiera di Roma, via Portuense 1645, Rome, Italy 00100.Clear medium to dark yellow orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, spicy, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, bubble gum. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet spices, yeasty, bubble gum. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121214]
