Bottle. One year old. The colour is slightly hazy reddish brown with a compact big beige head. Well carbonated. Malty aroma of fudge, wood, leather, bread crumbs, spices, dried fruit and some liqueur. The flavor is also malty but fruity as well with lots of apricots, forest floor, leather and caramel. Has a slick mouth feel, full-bodied and light to medium bitterness. A fruity and malty Belgian ale. Nice.

Mid-sweet malty-fruity ending. Fine bodied. Smooth on the swallow. Pleasant (Big bottle session with Finn, Stefan, Jan Erik and Elisabeth, Tromsø 05.11.2016).

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, spicy, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, bubble gum. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet spices, yeasty, bubble gum. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121214]
