Can pour (no date stamp) from Julio's Liquors. Appearance is opaque orange juice with nice sparkle at the edges of the glass, 2-finger width white foamy head with good retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong sweet/tart citrus (vaguely St. Joseph's aspirin) over malt base and a whiff of wet socks. Taste is strong, slightly astringent and tart citrus over bready malt base (and almost a late mild bubblegum?). Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with thick, frothy texture, average-to-lively carbonation and crisp, fairly dry finish as taste. Overall, the tart/bubblegum/wet socks quality is either intentional and highly unusual for the style (in a good way?) or is indicative of age. Who knows? Intriguing to say the least.
