Half pour on tap at the brewery. Appearance is opaque black with no sparkle, thin brown ring of head. Aroma is intense rum but not unpleasant, dark fruit, malt, chocolate. Taste is rum, fruit, chocolate, vanilla, lightly earthy. Mouthfeel is medium-to-full bodied with thick, smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, rum is strong but does is not unpleasant nor overpowering the other flavors. Quite good.
