Can pour into nonic pint glass from the brewery. Appearance is hazy orange-yellow with greenish tinge, nice sparkle, less-than-finger width fizzy white head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is wheat, citrus, subtle candied sugar, hint of tart. Taste is moderate lemon citrus, cracker. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with frothy texture, average-to-lively carbonation and very dry, yeasty, cracker finish. Overall, taste is a little subdued compared to the aroma. Admittedly, not meant to be a colossal beer, but fairly weak from this brewer.
