This IPA predominantly uses the hop Rakau, but also has a ’fairy dust’ sprinkling of Citra at the end of the boil to lift the beer beautifully. Light in colour but packs a punch.

Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has modest carbonation. Smooth but grainy malts. Little floral hop and mild earthy citrus. Fortunately the taste lacks the rubber and plastic that was on the nose. Light dry finish. It’s weak but passable.
