Cask (handpump) @ NWAF 2012, National Winter Ales Festival, The Venue, Sheridan Suite, Manchester, England.Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, fruity, earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120119]

Cask at the Three Guineas, Reading. Chestnut with a loose white head; richly roasted malt aroma and flavour with a lightly hopped finish. Smooth and easy drinking.
