Almost opaque dark reddish brown beer, bubbly pale tan head. Palate is airy and dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth if somewhat thin dark malts. Whisper of dark chocolate. A good dose of Calvados, slightly spirity. Light semi dry finish. Very Calvados but entertaining.
