Light haze on this gold beer, good bubbly pale cream colour head. Light sweetish malts, a trace of cream. Hops bring a semi sweet floralness. A mild tropical fruit vibe. I was expecting Rakau earthiness but didn’t fine any. Trace of esters before a light finish. Another notably clean beer from Mallinsons. Long may it continue.
