Bottle at home. Pours black, nose is chocolate, dark fruit, cacao, taste is dry, roasted, chocolate, light rum.

Opaque dark brown beer, short lived bubbly tan head. Palate is airy and pretty dry, Modest fine carbonation. Dry dark malts, a little roast. Tangy dark fruits, trace of rum maybe. Little ester. Another bone dry finish from these waxed Tyne Bank bottle offerings. I mean does anyone enjoy peeling their tongues from the roof of their mouths? Is that what a beer is supposed to do?!
