Colchester Beer Festival at the Colchester Arts Centre. Cask. Lightly hazy gold beer, a few pale cream colour bubbles. Palate is light and semi dry with decent fine carbonation. The Kaffir lime leaves come through loud and clear. Floral lime with a slight herb accent. Neutral pale malt base. Light finish brings mild lime peel bitterness. Interesting, refreshing and drinkable.
