Pretty much an opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is light, semi dry and crispy. Tangy malts, traces of coffee - roast and malt cream, not that sweet. Mild spice. Tangy dark fruits and a little marmalade. Mild bitterness builds up toward the semi dry finish. Rich and pretty tasty. Has a bit of an ’Old Ale’ feel about it as well.
