This fine ale was especially brewed to commemorate the 3rd anniversary of the North Riding brewpub. Called a 60 minute IPA because of the labour intensive process of weighing the quantity of hops and adding in stages, this ale involves the process of bringing the liquid to the boil then continually hopping for a full 60 minutes.

Malt: Pale ale, caramedium. Munich, wheat.
Hops: Simcoe.

Hazy gold amber beer, small pale cream coloured head. Palate is minerally crisp. Light malt base supports good citric peel hops, orange peel and others. Little fresh orange. Light crisp finish. Good stuff.
