Słabe i przeciętne niestety piwo. Amerykanie z Seatle chcieli zaprezentować styl niemiecki czyli hefeweizen, a wyszło słabieńko, mała mętność i mała cierpkość o kwasowości nie może być nawet mowy. Do Bawarskich stylów daleko temu piwu, nawet belgijskie witte jest bardziej wyraziste.

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Nice mango notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Some nice fruity notes. Moderate bitter average finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ "Det er meget mørkt i Ulfborg", November 2012. Pours cloudy golden with a small white head. Paper, wheat and grain. Mild yeast and esters. Medium to thin body.

Bottle. It pours a lightly hazy body, golden in color and with a small, white head. It’s quite bananaish and lemoy on the nose, with some maltyness. The flavor is like a boring German hefeweizen, but not bad in any way. Wheat, banana, bubble gum and some lemon. Medium body, pleasant carbonation. Bubble gum and banana in the end. An easy drinkable one, bet it’s nice in the summer heat, but it’s too boring I think. 121110

On draft at newcombs ranch on the angeles crest hwy. Pours a cloudy gold sith a thick white head. Grain and citrus aroma. Not much flavor or aftertaste.

Draft - Mild citrus nose. Cloudy straw with thin lingering head. Very nondescript with some grain, hay and citrus. A very small bite of bitterness just to let you know it is there.
