Cask at Pigs Ear. Very hazy brown beer, tidy white head. Semi dry palate. Sweetish generic fruits with some tang. Hint of strawberry. Mild fruity hop. Not getting any rye. Okay.

Cask@Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2011. Deep amber colour, small head. Aroma is wood, fruits, caramel and some slight spicy notes as well. Flavour is fruits, wood, resin and quite much spices and herbs as well. Rather pleasant flavour, but the aroma leaves a bit dull.
