Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with a white head. Distinct Bretty nose - lovely! Light body, a little dry caramel, heavy carbonation, slightly metallic, has a vague tartness and ends dry and hoppy. Clearly infected, but probably made it a better beer! 200713

Cask at Pigs Ear. Slightly hazy amber beer with a tidy white head. Light palate, semi crisp. Lots of fruits going on here. Sherbetty apple, strawberry. Marmalade. Tiny bit of smoke. Minerals. Was this as intended? Maybe not! Interesting though!
